Why? Not Physical?
Is the penis not a physical entity? Have you ever felt that your Cold, Cough, fever or lose motion is also psychological?
No? Never?
After all it is also a physical entity like your nose or throat or any other organ? Then why only sex problem is psychological? Because it is the male ego who is reluctant to accept the problem. We don’t like that our partner should have doubts on our masculinity (Mardana takat) and all? Dear Friends, the sex problems are as physical as any other problem in the body? Then it may be Erectile dysfunction or PE, Loss of libido or Chronic Fatigue?
The causes can be many It may be
- Atherosclerosis
- Hypertension
- CAD
- Kidney disorders
- Imbalanced food
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Liver disorders
- Obesity
- Diabetes
- Too much alcohol intake
- Smoking
- Systemic inflammation
- Sleep disorders
- Cholesterol
- Thyroid
- Andropause
Now the question is how to decide?
There are various methods through which a doctor decides the problem and you can also judge?
- Do you have early morning erections or late-night erections? Though it may not be present in 50% of males but if have it then it is a good sign?
- Do you have erections when you are sitting alone and fantasising about sex, but you couldn’t when you are with your partner then it may be performance anxiety?
- Not having the erection once or twice out of 10 performances then it is a normal phenomenon. You can ignore it? But if the problem happens more than 3 to 4 times out of 10 then you should consult your Doctor.
- Similarly, if you are getting discharged earlier every time or most of the times, you go for sex, then it is a severe problem and can be treated with proper counselling, guidance and medication under the expert guidance. And with experience I can tell most of the men do suffer from this problem but they just don’t want to admit or go on ignoring the problem and they just don’t discuss it with their wives or partners. Believe me guys it is going to take a toll on your relationship? Also it is also not psychological? It is our parasympathetic nervous system which control the timings. If it would respond earlier then PE problem can occur.
- Then comes the hormonal problems like Diabetic neuropathies, Thyroid, Obesity, especially abdominal obesity, andropause, these are problems which is causing the testosterone levels to go down. Testosterone is a chemical which boosts the libido the performance the masculinity in male body. If testosterone is down the performance is bound to go down.
